You & Lefty aren't doing a very good job of "selling" this outing to the rest of us, Andy...

To be perfectly honest, I don't care if I blank.

To me fishing is all about getting out in the open air, preferably with friends, and enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. You can relax whilst trying your hand at outwitting the water's occupants.

If I catch, I class that as a bonus.

Could be tricky for me this weekend, I have a possible days work on
Saturday next at the Boots Co. repairing a 12" valve on site. Rolling Eyes However, if all goes well and I finish it on the day, Sunday could still be on... Cool
I will know for sure by midweek, its not confirmed yet & spares have to be bought. If Boots come back to me at last minute telling me its on, I will decline owing to no spares. Very Happy
