Looking forward to Doncaster p.a.c meeting next Tuesday 7.30pm at the flarepath. the more pike anglers to talk pike all night the better. (Slide show on i believe )

Went to Lincoln's meeting on Monday, with Alan Dudhill from Retford. If?? there is enough interest from members regards resurecting Nottingham region 26, he & i are to take it on. Alan can get to Doncaster pretty easily & may come to the next meeting. It is a 100mile round trek for me so i'm a doubtfull, we are going to a few meetings to see how they are run & supported etc..
The Lincoln meeting was very enjoyable with a two part talk, first session about Lures & their history..Creek Chub, Rapala etc. Second session, a slide show & talk about Catfish fishing on the Ebra in Spain. Next Lincs meeting is in september. Very Happy

Doncaster PAC meeting will be @ 7:30.
interactive slide-show(that means its not here's a pic of a pike,pike,pike.etc)it's about piking generally but you interact with speaker with questions/ideas and the like.
there will be a formal meeting prior to slide show, about the future of the region.

He comes from Retford, makes traces on an increasingly commercial basis. He has many years experience and some specimen Pike to his credit, unlike yours truly Crying or Very sad

He is enthusiastic about having a Notts region up & running again...
