crucian carp

fished the other weekend on a 36 hour cat / carp trip [another story] then came home to please our lass an went to caravan at brid for a few days,anyway there is a cracking place there for crucian carp.anyway got in good books so managed a day out with pole.brill day got about twenty plus crucians biggest 1lb 15 oz a new pb.well chuffed will get pics up of phone an put up on site.made a nice change pole fishing,2lb line an a 20 hook.couldnt be more pleased if i add a twenty pound carp

thanks jeff, i love catching any fish ,same buzz from all those years ago.thats what makes it mate.even better when you go out to catch a certain fish/specsies ect an get a new pb. will be back there because they go to over 3lb there

Great little fish..much better than my PB...about 4oz!

planning to go in a few weeks at bank hols to try for a few bigger ones,keep you posted

well father in law to be went in week an add afew,nowt on mag but on prawns!didnt get a bite on maggots with the carp?

well went again ad a few more,infact loads more an some cracking roach anyway biggist about pound an abit.still happy with results..photos to follow soon
