Tamworth & District
I was in Tamworth yesterday servicing a pump or two. The local river was running very high & coloured.
I visited the town tackle shop & renewed a missing feeder or two etc... Shop was staffed by a lady. Very friendly so I got chatting about fishing around there. Two rivers pass through the town. Both contain Pike, plenty too she says, the local Match fishermen have a lot of 'keepnet' visits from them.
Its a 80 mile round trip for me but she reckons when the swell subsides, the river will fish brilliantly. May give it a go, looks good for mobile fishing with Lures to me...

Lavish her with the finest pearls, adorn her with the best robes, anoint her feet, feed her grapes, massage her every fold and taste honey from her lips...
What a minute?? No such wench exists. It's a ruse I tell you. She's a demon. Don't listen to her.
A milf who owns a tackle shop?? You lot want to have a look at yourselves. I suppose you're going to tell me Naomi Campbell works down the pub.

No mate, it was in Tamworth itself on Lichfield Street, in a small precinct. I would enquire further before fishing, of course. She told me the Anker is good also but rather weedy.
