I've still got a couple of swing tips Nick and swingtip rod Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
Not used it for a while but its a good way of fishing when its a nice still day Cool

swing tips

like adie ive got a couple of swingtips,cant say ive used them for a while now,good for bream fishing.as for the rod m8 ive no idea but a good one for the same amount ov pennies is the maver abbyse(dont know if ive spelt that right lol)sells for about 35 with 3 tips.

I used to use swingtip on still waters & quiver on rivers. You don't see many swing tipping nowadays, suppose its gone 'out of fashion'. Rolling Eyes

No Bazz, the swing tip is still there, its just been relocated to the butt and renamed "swinger", thereby allowing the line to pass over the alarm. Same principle but modified for the angler who likes to snooze. Sleep

It probably makes swinging the most popular form of spotting when you have a pull. cherry
