I will be trying for around six-ish myself...got to get our sam and spike up first though...the lads will be sharing my peg but not fishing as such although they will be using my gear...its sams first ever pike trip so i am depending on you guys to come up with the odd fish or three as he has never seen a pike before...no pressure... Great to see everyone today...must admit that i doubted i would get there at one point this morning when i got lost on the moor in the fog! Shame there weren't a few more fish out, but hey, it wouldn't be a fish in if we actually caught a few lol.

Thanks to adie for organising it, cellars for allowing us to fish (and for the fab brekkie baps and soup etc), Bradfordlad for keeping me company down 'the quiet end' and witnessing the massive fish i lost Evil or Very Mad , kell for the shelter (dont forget to pm me yr email bud).

Nice to chat and catch up with the rest of you lads - Steve, bradfordlad, Patch, Rob - we really should get a trip to lincs organised at some point Wink

Oh and well done to the lad (apologies fir not knowing yr name) that actually caught the only fish of the day (unless someone caught more after i left?)

All in all a nice day out Smile

Really enjoyed today in the cosy fog and rain of Marsden Very Happy

Thanks to Adie for organising it, Sue and her chef for the fodder and thanks to the bloke who landed my fish.

Great to meet up with folks both old and new, and shall definitely make more time to do more of these.

With regards to Lincolnshire, plenty of Drains to go at especially around Boston, there was talk about something more East next time, what about Keadby Drains?

Hi everyone.

firstly thankyou for all taking the time to travel to our little fishery, it was very nice to meet you all,
and of course all our friends we already know it was great to see you all back at cellars, but you know
youare always welcome. Laughing
its just a shame tootall lost that big pike, and kell lost his, would have been a great bonus to have a few
bigger pike on the bank. but thats how it go's. the pike are very crafty at cellars, they will lay next to or under the
bait and nibble away at it. Smile also very lazy.

again thanks for turning out, it was a pleasure to have you all at our fishery, thankyou.

and kell I dont get my buns out for many Razz
