Muddy Waters
Muddy Waters
Been out walkies round my river swims today and the water looks like coffee.
Ill be honest and say that Ive always avoided waters when they're this coloured as I was always lure fishing. Im now mainly on the deads and was planning a go through the week. Will my efforts be pointless or is it still worth a go? Ill be lobbing the Smelt out as it usually produces well.
When I say coloured, I mean about 1 foot visibility. Its all nice and Brown.
Cheers, CW

i personally wouldn't bother unless you can find a bay or quieter area of shelter (bridges/ fallen trees etc) to have a go at.

a foot of visibility thats gin clear one thing though if its close in work then take a few sardines with you, and if your using pats get hold of some boobys to add to your trace they work well with lives on pats, and drifter set ups as well
