Where to fish???

Hi all,

Can anyone help me out with some good day ticket pike fishing venues near Derby?, Have fished stretches on the Derwent so far.
Also in this very cold weather do you think still waters or rivers are the best option?
Any info would be very welcome....

welcome mate there is a no naming policy but theres a good list of pike waters on the main page

obviously still waters are gonna be worse than rivers which are flowing...

in this weather, still waters are a no go unless your very lucky..

too true, a moving water is your best option mate.i've caught when its been a lot colder than at present.
