New reel line
Right then chaps, looking to change lines and wanting a bit of advice about what people are using and the best all round line available, i am currently using Berkly Trilene Big game line 20lb and was wondering if there is anything out there as good and if not better. I have read a few reviews of the Berkly flurocarbon but this is not taking my fancy?

Re: New reel line
For Pike fishing dont thinks there's much better...I use Diawa Sensor Brown great cheap line.If your planning on using those reels and line for Carp then its an whole new subject with loads of different opinions and for sure someone will rate flurocarbons for Carp.

Re: New reel line
I tend to use braid for most of my piking these days, but if i want to use mono this stuff is brilliant for the money - low diameter, high knot strength and very good for snaggy swims. Worth giving it a stretch though once on spool (tie to a fence post etc and walk back with a heavy drag applied).

Re: New reel line
18lb Sensor for the normal reels, 15lb Daiwa Tournament mono for the big pit.
