Red letter hour with a PB thrown in
Went out for a morning session today with Newbiepiker on a new water. We started fishing at 8 on what looked like a good swim but after a while with not even a knock we decided to move swims as time was short with an Asda trip and family duties looming.Next swim only produced one dropped run so off we went again to the last swim before heading home lines were cast out at 11.30 by 12.30 we had landed 3 good doubles a PB of 18.5lb for myself and Newbiepiker had a 13.5lb then a 14.5lb 5 mins after on a bluey which only just settled on the bottom before the take. An unbelievable end to what looked like a blank if only all days were like this still buzzing especially from the bite marks across the back and sides of the big girl next trip is to hook into the fish that did thatMy PB13.5lbThe last fish out 14.5lb

Well done and good fishing but try to kneel when holding fish for a picture. Drop a fish from that height and it's probably a dead fish.
