Storing soft lures

Post  alanhred on Sat Jan 14, 2012 4:23 pm

Hi all, I've just been given a load of soft lures and was wondering how best to store them. Previous experience of them sticking together and melting Shocked Rolling Eyes Question

i store mine in photo albums with two shads in each pocket. Lures that are being used are all stored for the trip in a video box seperate to the others so they dont stick.

Soft lures

Post  chef58 on Sun Jan 15, 2012 9:46 am

I dust my soft lures with a small amount of cornflour, which is a foodgrade starch, the same as some suppliers use, I also use this on my jigheads as it inhibits the rusting process, its an old chefs tip for storing metal pastry cutters and I still have my first set from 35 years ago, so it does work, Wink
