Hello Pikers!
Just thought I would introduce myself; Im glad to be joining the forum, hopefully pick up plenty of tips and make a few friends along the way!
At the start of this year, I realised sitting behind particles and boilies was not longer for me. It took far too long to realise though, as I spent a number of years carping with a growing disinterest, finally potent enough to lead to me selling all my gear..
I soon got fed up of not fishing (approximately 3 days!) and picked up my old spinning rod and head onto a local stretch of the leeds/liverpool canal- north liverpool/west lancs area. Ive always been fond of the old esox lucius, having limited success on frequent lure fishing escapades and occassional dead baiting tactic. Enough so to convince me that id rather have a rampaging wolf incontrast to a heavily marketed carp, anyday!!
So begins my quest for the biggest girl I can convince to gorge upon a tasty little sprat (deadbaits may vary!).
Cheers guys! Look forward to picking brains!
James
