I heard that over 800lb was taken from the local canals to us, without it even being mentioned to the general public, all of the fish went down to the midlands as far as i was told. Anyway i will be up for one if there are people interested on here. Laughing

RE: Doncaster Area Fish In

Post  PAC Region 56 Scunthorpe on Wed Nov 14, 2012 6:31 pm

As joint RO for the newly formed Scunthorpe & Humberside PAC region 56 I would be more than happy to organise some form of Fish in which we can discuss at our next meeting on Wed 5th December.

Both myself and Bob are looking to organise a fish in at 7 Lakes (the venue for our Meetings) in the new year and we will have more news about that at the next meeting.

Cheers
Paul

With Regards to the removal of pike by SDAA, as a PAC RO Bob Hopwood has been voted onto the committee of SDAA so this should help this from not happening again in the future.

On a further note, both myself and Bob are going to attend the next Pisces meeting to discuss any way we can work together with them for the benefit of predator anglers in the area, so this is another positive step for the predator anglers in the area and the newly formed PAC Region

As far as I am aware it is only residents who can fish the complex. However as the newly formed Scunthorpe & Humberside PAC Region holds their meetings there (first Wed of the month) we are hopefully going to be able to have a day's fishing there in the new year. Further details at our next meeting.
