RIVER TORNE CANDY CORNER.

HI MEN. WENT FOR A LOOK TODAY AT THE TORNE AT CANDY CORNER, LOOKED VERY NICE BUT FOR ONE THING....WERE THE HELL DO YOU PARK? I WENT INTO THE FARM YARD TO SEE IF YOU COULD PARK IN THERE BUT NO. IF YOU PARK ON THE ROAD YOU BLOCK IT, SO WERE? HOPR SOMEONE OUT THERE CAN HELP. TIGHT LINES. THE MAD BAD ANGLER

hi m8 iaskd the very same question,looks like a good spot,leftys youre man for the river torne,he told me you can pull of the road at the pumping station and park there,but id double check with him

Went to look in summer and cars were using the south bank.

Be a bit dangerous in this weather tho.

I always park where the pumping station is. There's a bit of a layby.
Never had a problem.

Sometimes even park off the A614 just past Tyram where the Torne crosses under and walk down the bank to the corner. That way I can chuck a couple in and try my luck on the way.

Where the bridge crosses over to go to the farm, if you go back towards the A614 slightly, there is an outlet virtually opposite some steps and a staging. I've never failed to catch there just after it has finished pumping.
