HELP - venue required lincs ish area please

morning all....
i require a new lake venue which holds some specimen pike (lincs area ISH) i am now resting my lake until feb after blanking there wednesday (which is strange)
A1 pits are basically in flood so im told and probably not worth it.
if anyone can help, please please inbox me.
