Broken rod

Can anyone please help me. I have broken the spigot on my esox dictator and cannot find anywhere to fix it. Diawa cannot do it but there must be a rod builder/fixer about. I come from the Grimsby region but I'm prepared to take it anywhere to get fixed. Thanks
