Well we've been over an Undisclosed water a couple of times now,

Had 5 fish in total. None caught by me, only my 2 friends (sod's law lol), these are the only pictures i have.

Caught on a mixture of bait's, Roach, Bluey's, Mackies

Defiantly be going over again, it backs onto my house so its no hassle to get to.

Also went on Windermere this Sunday, and didnt have one between the 3 of us, go figure Wink suppose thats why its called fishing and not catching

:EDIT: didn't realise about the no naming of waters rule on here Neutral

Yeah i heard its not been doing so well over the years with pollution or something, thers only a few pegs you can fish off for such a big water.

Seen quite a few guys over there, they all seem to night it.

Sure my time will come soon enough, going to give it enough goes over the winter so hopefully the odds will be in my favour

Hi Scotty, I've had a walk around your venue this morning as i too live local, looks very inviting but at the same time looks very shallow and weedy, where are the deep pegs located?? Are your pics from the far bank canal side pal??
Cheers

Yeah thats the only fishable side. Its a shame realy. Bottom corner near the boat club is the deepest part apparently. But the peg there is like a jungle

Trying to get my mates boat on there with the depth finder to see what the crack is

I think I know where you mean, just a little further down from the overflow. How deep is it there? I've seen the peg in the corner, overgrown but it does look deeper. What's the biggest you've had from there??

Cormorants everywhere today!

A boat would be a good idea mate.

Biggest was the big one in the picture, didnt weigh it id say mid to high teens.

We fish half way down from the overflow

Some of the lads we see swear by fishing at the overflow peg, im yet to try it.

I'd say it was around 20ft wer we fish.

Going over there Saturday for a sesh hope we catch :-D

My dad said back in the day 20's were regular. And the odd touching 30.

I dont think there will be any whoppers in there anymore after all the trouble in the 90's early 2000's, but defo a few 20's, who knows

None. Its not that bad. Just pop your bait up if your fishing on the bottom.
