The trebles on them are poor quality though, I changed mine. But at 3.99 it's hardly going to ruin the bargain!

I ordered 1 of each colour but I'm surprised that Daiwa are using poor trebles.

They are one of the heaviest swimbaits, if you're fishing shallow water they won't do the job. They're ok in deep water or in water with a strong current but the tail action is slight, I wouldn't rely on them in coloured water.

I see what you mean about the hook!! I've bought cheap perch lures from china that have got better 1s.

The water I mostly has a good mix of deep and shallow swims so I've not got a problem there and it also stays reasonably clear all year round.

i found mine too soft, as in soft enough that a firm pinch could spilt the plastic. karl has them all now there were a few of those a few dictators and maybe some snail tail dawgs (not sure on the last one tbh)

Been using the savage gear 3d trout rubbers and the fox replicant   having a lot of take but not many hook ups  thinking about a stinger  near the back.
they have  really been shredding the fox replicant  so the fish are interested in the lure.

being a relative  novice on the boat and lure fishing in general   quite enjoying the different approach to piking

the day flys by when your chucking lure and moving about on the lake   Very Happy
