Greetings From Richmondshire!

Post  @Wildlife_Mgr on Sat Jan 30, 2016 7:40 pm

Greetings!  I'm Mark, a former fishery bailiff, now wildlife manager.  I've not really fished since 2010 so just getting back into it now.  The main species I used to fish for were chub and carp but I've always been fascinated by pike and one day in January 2002 I spent a few hours stood up to my waist fishing for pike on a water while the snow was falling all around.

I'm planning on more pike fishing now but there aint many local waters with pike near me.

I don't follow? Why would you not be allowed to name a water on an angling site?

No need to apologise, forum rules are forum rules. It was up to me to read them, I didn't, I was informed about it, I amended my post.

I might take you up on the fishing offer though, just to make you feel better you understand Wink Laughing
