Anyone keep a diary?
Hi
Seen a few comments across the 'net about using diaries for fishing. Anyone here do it for different locations etc or just use the force and go where the mood takes you?

I am a sad sad man lol. every day since 2003, wind direction and strength, air and water temps, baits, location and air pressure, And the sizes of every fish caught. Its surprising what you forget about a venue when you fish many of them. all seem to have different hot baits and methods, plus special areas over and over again so its great to be able to look back and see what worked last time etc. i wouldnt be without mine

I don't keep a diary but I have a notebook and pen and record certain things such as time of run, weight of fish (if landed) bait, venue and peg.
