pm;s sent notice

Do you not get a window display when you have a PM? Check your settings if you don't. You should get a notice when you arrive or change page.

i do andy when i first log on,but then if on site,or chat box then no?does that make sense

mine's the same Nick, only when i log on,and only if i look for it.
thought it would pop-up or make a sound (like a buzzer maybe)?

I get e-mail notification & a pop up when i log on, its down to your profile settings.

The PM pop up note will work if you open a page or even REFRESH the page.

To REFRESH the page, just pres F5 on the keyboard.

Try it on the home page next time you are in.

You won't need to create a thread after you get into the habit of F5

It shouldn't matter how you refresh the page. You can use F5, the refresh key on your toolbar, log-in - log-out, navigate away and come back...it shouldn't matter how you do it. Sort your settings if it isn't coming up.....like so.....

Display....Preferances....Scroll down...."Display a pop-up window on new private messages:....click 'Yes'....Scroll down....Click 'Save'....Job Done
