B***DY HELL!!!!!!!!

Guys, i have been talking to a few fishing friends at college and from what i have gatherd....the EA and Labour(party)...are having talks about weather or not to make NIGHT FISHING in england and wales ILLEGAL......... Due to the fact o9n new laws being brought in to protect the fish from poachers.(some claim to do it most at night hench why talks on the ban)........

It from what i have heard.... and i'm looking into it......

not good this MrMack sum ov my best fishing has been at night

will neverhappen,look how much cash people will loose,not just the fisheries.us who say travel 100 odd miles to fish 2 days.you wont travel there an back both days would you.

have to agree dont think it will ever happen, but if it did!!! it whould not stop me they whould have to drag me out my bivvy lol

Not sure how this will effect the anglers of england and wales but i do know on many of the scottish waters night fishing is not allowed but plenty still do it along with live baiting which is illegal too

er its not been mentioned in the current reveiw as im aware.

there are restrictions on bait and the return of some species etc but nothing like that

thought thay would have done it in scotland first, thay did with the poletax
