Re: A Pikers Progression
Graham Slater, the general secretary of the Pike Anglers Club of Great Britain was our 1st speaker. He brought along a load of copies of PAC 30, a book with contributions from prominent PAC members, Graham included... At £25, only 2 copies sold, Alan Dudhill & Bazz were the buyers..
Must say though, its a good read
My first Piking book was bought in 1992 & was a John Watson book, I had a season Piking, caught nothing in about 10 trips, sold the gear & the book got donated to Oxfam or a charity shop in 1996.. Wish I had kept it, now!
