i went on stan the mans boat there,the sea bed is carpeted with dog fish.nice to eat when fresh but vile when been frozen.

not sure yet lads.................got the invite for an "all expenses paid" trip, late yesterday afternoon........

The trip was unfortunately called off due to prediction of heavy wind down Angelesey........
All turned out great though as one of the local forum members came around to mine and spent the afternoon tutoring me on the fundamentals of piking - learnt a hell of a lot and really enjoyed the company......

i suppose thats the risk with boat fishing mate, at least your day was productive in another way
i went out satuarday at a local drain, had 4 biggest 11lb, but water was way up and only going to be worse this weekend, looking for a lake or pit localy but there aint many that i know of with good heads of pike
