i'll give it a try noodle, useing it with a 3.5oz 6 foot rod. a longer rod on the boats a pain in the butt. i'm thinking the braid might be a bit thick. should have got another brand of braid, time will tell.

Very Happy I have never understood why people go out and spend a fortune on all the different Reels and rods, I buy strait from my mate who is a Tackle dealer, And i get a couple of new Bait-runner reels each year, Cost me about 40 for 2, Then bin them at the end of the year, All this about how many Ball Bearings a real has doesn't mean anything to me, I dont even know what they do, As for Make or Brand, This seems to matter to a lot of people, And to me as long as the rod and reel catch the fish and bring them to the net then thats fine, Mind you i am an old arse and would use a beach caster for everything haha Very Happy

Never heard of Garbolino? affraid

They sponsor some big matches and a fair few of the top anglers as well.

Ever heard of Fish O' Mania? It gets held at Lindholme Lakes near Doncaster. And the lakes are Sponsored by Garbolino. Take a look at their website: http://www.lindholmelakes.co.uk/

no actually, the first time i have heard of garboliono is when i was down dragon carp topping up on my hooks and a few floats i noticed a rod on the window and i asked about it, the assistant just answers 'it a garboliono 10ft rocket feeder.' i asked how much and it was 20 he also said they have got a few other models too. the 10ft feeder looked really well made slim carbon blank, lots of rings, a spare tips.
