Hello everybody

Hi everyone. I just jumped straight in with a few posts and now I've found the 'introduce yourself' section.
My name's Andrew and I live in Falkirk. Been piking on and off for about 20 years, but only regularly these last 5 or so. Mostly deadbaits but I do the odd bit of lure fishing. Also a keen fly fisherman. I've been making pike flies because I'd really like to take a pike on the fly. Just needing a decent 9/10wt rod to chuck those big bleps of fluff out.
looking forward to reading your posts and picking up some good tips.

welcome to the forum Andrew. Give in the fluff chucking and concentrate on Pike lol.

Got to keep all bases covered mate. Plus, when I bring home the odd trout it makes the fishing expenses easier to explain to the missus. She don't moan as much with her mouth full. Wink
