old line/NEW LINE - Sugestions!
This TOPIC is for sugestions for who want to try NEW LINES on personal spools, for PIKE fishing.
I use now, on my spools: F1 by Ultima
I want to try FOX monofilament. What do you recomand me? BARBUSTER, Soft Steel or Warrior?

Sorry i dont understand personal spools?
What is the line to be used for? Lure? Deadbait?
My opinion is to be Daiwa Sensor in bulk, 12 to 15lb strength. You can get over 1000m for a fiver off ebay, and it certainly is an excellent line.

DEAD/LIVE-bait sure. For spinning I use multifilament ( Power Pro 12 - 15 lb )

i use berkley wiplash 50lb and cant see past it , in lure or dead bait fishing i would never consider using any breaking strain below 18lb as that monster could could pop up at any time. tight lines

18lb line will bank any pike in UK waters.
