Had this from a drain back in July, don't usually go for 'em that early but I was itching for a toothy!

Funny thing is I went down there with the intention of getting on the Rudd and Tench the place holds, then spur of the moment decided to have a few chucks with a plug, third cast and I had that!

Nicely coloured summer pike.....i did a fair bit of summer piking in June and July, before leaving it for a bit in August. Interestingly i quite enjoyed it, but you cant beat a crisp winters morning with crunching ice underfoot.
