I am looking at for 2 new reels to go with my two new 10ft Wychwood Bait rods. I dnt have a huge budget so just looking for 2 non baitrunner reels that are good enough to do the job on the drains at home and also on the Lochs up here at work. Was thinking of the Okuma Max 4 big pits as reasonably priced and seem to fit my needs. Any advice would be great.

Daiwa Emcasts, Daiwa Windcasts, Okuma Powerliners...all can be found in good condition second hand for under £50

Right Very Happy
Daiwa emcast shimano anything but id look at old aerlex models or penn original surfmasters i like the look of the new penn surfblasters i think they are called.

Two different sized reels would bea better option though.

Cheers guys will have a look and noodle as I have said not got a huge budget but I already have plenty of baitrunner/baitrunner style reels just fancied a couple of non baitrunner reels that are good for the lochs but on the drains its not such a big deal what reel I use as only under arm casting.
