Trace > Snap-link > Buffer bead > John Robert's Run-Ring > Buffer bead > JR Run-Ring > Buffer Bead > Mono Stop-knot with 3-4" tag ends to help the knot flow through the rings if required.

By rigging up that way, you can fish a running leger, semi-fixed leger, paternoster, free-roving float, float-leger, just by adding or removing various components.
