Hi pikers, I live in Scotland but grew up in Denaby Main n used to wear mi welly's out spinning up n down the drains at Keadby when a worra lad. Haven't piked for years but as I come down to visit mi dad fairly regularly now (he's 90), I thought of re-living mi misspent youth an aving a go again. Is it worth dunking plugs on the drains?. Used to fish the Idle too and allus had pike raggin the keepnet - is it still pikey? First place I ever caught a pike was in the 'Engine' Drain at Keadby (at 10 yrs old) an if I shut my eyes it runs just like a Youtube vid. No fish like pike eh? Any general info would be much appreciated, cheers, Mick
