Home made pike tackle
lets see what youve made to catch Pike!
not made mutch miself just sum wood pencil floats.
am gunna make sum lures and other stuff
show as ya Pike tackle makeing skills!

I've customised my drop off indicators but thats about it unless you include making traces. lol

made a couple of lures but thats about it...erm used to make my own peacock quill floats and tackle boxes but not anymore...

bought all the stuff from B&Q
got sum round dowl wood about 12mm wide
and sum ov there paint tester tubs antique white and cassic red, thay've got brushes
on the lid so didnt need any ov them! sum sand paper!
a marker pen and clear laquer allready had sum
first cut the wood to length ya want then drilled a hole for the sea swivel on the
bottom, super glued them in , sanded down the floats then painted and laquerd!
cost £3.70 made 6 floats and still got about 5 meters left to make sum more!
beats paying for them am gunna make sum inline ones aswell

not tryed them yet Stubbo but a recon ad try the small ones on a 8 gram whight and the bigger ones on a 12 grarm see howit goes!

look good alex - maybe need a coat of varnish or two to stop the water penetrating the balsa tho
