Xmas get-together / fish-in

3 pike so far to 10lb

Well we all seemed to enjoy our day today and we even managed a few fish for a change     

Also the raffle was a great success with some good prize's mostly down to  Craig ( piketastic ) and I think everyone chipped in with something   
Thanks to everyone who turned up and making this a very enjoyable day

Craig  can you please fill us in on which was the biggest fish and who won what and how much we have raised for Dave Newmans charity   

A great shame more members couldn't make it but maybe next time lads ??      

Darrens fish was 10 pound on the dot, mine was 8lb 10, Wyatts pike was 6 or 7 pound.

Darren won a Shakespeare Cypry Baitrunner , I got a nice little Okuma Baitrunner

Everyone got a prize.... forceps for everyone and other prizes were a Waistcoat , 3 more baitrunners , a set of alarms, A savage lure, 2 or 3 more excellent lures, some pike luggage, Ron Thompson scales, A pike book....... and the Mystery prize won by MBA who sent a donation in his absence.
Thanks to everyone who donated . 9 of us and cheers to Kell for donating even though he was unable to stay long and Gaz MBA who donated and was unable to attend.

Well done to my mate Darren for winning and cheers everyone for the £60 I can pass onto Dave Newman for charity.

guys... foooking brilliant, top top work really appreciate every little thing you have done... im gutted i couldnt attend his, but i qualified for the AT nationals on the 15th, so wasnt all bad..

IF ANYONE has another get together between the 24th dec and the 6th jan let me know im there

I'm only just getting to grips with the forum lol so sorry for the delay in posting cheers for putting on a good day always makes driving over the border worth while. Chuffed with the raffle prize, cant say the mrs was as pleased with a set of bite alarms for Christmas tho haha look forward to the next one.

Unfortunately I can't make the one on the19th but I'm on the one in feb mate
