Thorny Toll Drains

Hi all. Does anyone know if a ticket is required to fish the drains at Thorny toll on the A47 near Peterborough?
It's been about 20 years since my last visit so not sure what the deal is?

dont go there they are rubbish. the meerkats have had all the fish out of there already.
