Leven Canal (Yorks)
I'm planing on a fishing trip to 'leven canal' in East Yorkshire sometime and was wondering if anyone had any info on the place? like likely hot spots? (I'm not after exact pegs!) just an idea of features to look out for? and whether to fish to the left or right of the caravan site?
Oh yeh and how much is a day ticket?
I've read the post on naming venues so looks like I'm relying on someone sending me a PM !
Any help apprecaited.

yeah i know what you mean.... i work in one of the buildings alongside bev beck and was stood staring at a sheet of ice an inch thick at dinner..... went for a run out in the works van this afternoon and the ponds/lakes i saw were free of ice from what i could see from the roadside though so its not all doom and gloom for my 2 weeks off work

Re: Leven Canal (Yorks)
Thanks for the PM mate.
I did actually go down today to Brandesburton to see if it was fish-able and ended up staying for 6 hours.
The first pond I tried was ice free then I moved to another and............well you can see for yourself!
Oh yeah, I blanked!
Still too cold for Mrs Pike.
