Week or two Pike fishing trip 2011.

I know times are tough financially but is there anyone out there that fancies a week or two away Piking in another country? me and Sithee are up for it, we have a bit more research to do but are looking at possibly Sweden/Holland/Baltics in May or June next year, if we got a party of 6 or 8 the costs are very reasonable, I dont need a firm commitment today or tomorrow, merely an idea of who if anyone may be interested , we have over 60 weeks to save up and for the price of two or three pints a week less you could be hauling some big Pike out of some hardly ever fished lake any one interested

I would possibly be interested, I was going to get myself a passport especially for a spot of fishing abroad. have you a rough idea how much a trip like this would cost?

O.K guys rough prices are £360ish for a weeks fishing at Vasterick Sweden, this includes bed and a weeks hire of a boat, boat is a two man, lure fishing in mid May, this does not include the flights. Mid May is bang on the money for big Pike. I have also priced two weeks guided Sturgeon fishing in Canada, £2500 all in, now that would be good, i need one interested person for Canada to fly out in 2011 possibly Julyish and another 2 for Sweden in May

I'd love to do the sweden trip - BUT it lies right in my busiest time of year....I will need to find out from work if there is any chance at all of taking time off before i can think about it further...

unfortunaltely, unless i change my place of employment I won't be able to go anytime in May Barstewards.

I'm generally limited to Christmas, Easter and July/August due to the fact i'm a teacher. Holidays in term time is not an option.

sweden is quite cheap if you stay away from the still water fisheries and fish the archipeligo out of stockholm

i might be up for a week just depends on when your thinking of going.
