pike venues in the north west

hi i live in st helens and am just wondering if anyone knows of any good pike venues near st helens

hence why i asked do i know you im in reality john known in fishing round here as a few other things though

as to waters it depends on what you want out of a pike water

lures baits or a mix

im karl ellison dont think i no u mate i want a bit of both realy i like using the lures and i take me grandad with me who like to deadbait were both pretty new to pikeing had a few hours over the paddock today and lost 3 1 on a mepps spinner and 2 on a fox red head terminator im not being able to hold the hooks in dnt no if i doing something wrong sin all 3 take them and had them on for 5 - 6 secnds then off they fell had a fair few tho last year this being nly my second year at it still learning. any help as to wot i might b doing wrong would b much appreciated

problem with the paddock is all the fish are tiny

theres a good flash not far away from you had 5 pike 1st time i fished it just off east lanks

is it pennington flash if so i heard that it was a decent place neva fishd it myself wouldnt no where to start
