Good luck guys, hope you manage to catch this time.
I wish that I'd returned to the site earlier - might have been able to arrange to come then

I think Andy lost a good one, but again all blanked, I managed to catch a tree from the nearside peg, thanks to Adie for helping me out with that one

Re: Fish-in Warping Drain Sunday 9th October
if it's any consolation my local drain fished the worst i've ever known today. got there to find it had been dredged out and there was absloutely no sign of life from anything. Not even a weed bed to fish to or a topping roach (normally teeming with them)
shame there were no fish out for you guys but it is still early days and this recent changable weather can't be helping matters

So why don't we pretend that we just all 'managed to meet up at the same place on the same day by coincidence'
That way the curse might not strike again.

We'll leave that fish-in for you to organise then Lefty

If only, Adie
Gonna probably be too busy for anything other than packing, shifting then unpacking all our worldly goods if everything goes to plan this Thursday.
Going to look at a council house that we've bid on.
Hope it comes to fruition as it's in the countryside and close to a couple of rivers and ponds. Fingers crossed.

Well good luck with the house Lefty

Cheers Adie, we're pretty confident we'll be having the house and I wouldn't mind the idea of a fish-in on my doorstep. Let me get sorted and then I'll look into it.
