well said stubbo. its not about having a go at someone, because we dont always agree with peoples comments, its all about the fishes welfare which is tops.

ive injected air in the past. it seems to work ok for a while. but i still feel more confident with the red fox poppers, even though i have yet to catch on them. its the red visual thing i like.

Doug i didnt take you for the paranoid type i wasnt aiming what i said at anyone in particular i was applauding the fact that Pikeslag was being honest with his methods rather than alot of folk hide behind what is percieved to be the correct method but they dont actually conform to all they say they do on an open forum why is everyone so quick to jump on people feel the love guys its xmas Santa can soon be recalled to remove your pressies that includes the sherry youve been drinking Doug merry xmasdoug6364 wrote:well Lamby, i certainly wouldnt hide behind my computer and would gladly state the facts i have posted face to face. i do like a good argument ! like i said, everyones entitled to thier opinion, right or wrong. also, i have never been one to keep up with the "joneses", i couldnt give a damn about what people have or say. i will gladly take any comment / critisism if i thought it would help my fishing.
Merry xmas to you too fella.

for you guys who haven't seen Greys Prowla popup floats.come in 2 sizes, small 3oz, and medium 6oz. they will screw into a part frozen bait ,leaving the red top visible .Real easy to use , pricey but tough and should last , only seen them on Ebay.

Re: popped up deads
i think the reason they didnt take off is because they are far too big for most baits. If they did some about a third less width and length then I would give them a try.

I'll give them a go as I've broke a few balsa sticks trying to stick them into a frozen solid dead bait
