Rods,, cheap can be good I hope

I like rods,  maybe even an addiction at this stage.  Ive just bought 3 wychwood Agitator 12ft 3lb bait rods for deadbaiting from the boat,  are they any good    Maybe I should have asked first lol

Ive everything in matching sets.

St Croix 7ft 6 musky
Rogue power pike 3.5lb
Daiwa Black widow 3lb
Fox XS 10ft 6

Plus lots more    Its my drug of choice

I can recommend them myself now lol, they work just right

I prefer a shorter rod on a boat and a softer action , as you know a big fish can bolt near the boat so I like to cushion the blow when using braid , I always find 12ft a bit cumbersome on a boat, but years ago I did use them myself before there where purpose built 10ft pike boat rods on offer
