i thought time on the bank put more fish in the net. if we all waited for the perfect time we would never fish.I have caught fish through the ice so what has temp got to do with it.
I have caught fish on every single moon phase so what has that got to do with it.I have caught in the river when it is running off and when it is rising.I have caught in lakes when the oxygen is low and when the water is low and when it's been a foot high. I have caught on still days and windy days.I have caught when others are blanking and often i have blanked when others are catching.

BUT THE BEST TIME I HAVE CAUGHT FISH WAS SAT ON THE BANK WITH ROD IN HAND ??
An excellent post I can relate to, there's no substitute for bank hours.. you learn more about waters, methods, feeding times, conditions, etc, from being there rather than asking other peoples views, for most peoples views are different but then again add them to your gained knowledge and some of it might gel together.. Smile

not really in the spirit of the original question though is it.
i had alluded to this idea earlier with the weekdays begining with s

in the spirit of enquiry why on earth would you fish a water with depleted O2 levels?

I think Kells post is more about catching in all conditions than in any one specific condition Noodle.

In the spirit of harmony I will put this topic out of its misery.
