cheers and many thanks to pikeslag for posting this pic of my 22lb pike caught yesterday 1st dec.
i couldnt suss it out how to post the pic.
god, i take an awful photo. at home we keep a pic like that in the pantry to keep the mice away !!

i knew it was decent on striking, but it didnt really wake up till 3/4 of the way in then all hell broke loose. it kept deep and just kept going.
superb fight.
i,m going to that water with a m8 on weds. ( he,s had pike to 32 1/2lb !! not from there though ) will try another area as i,m after the 28lb that came out a month ago.
