MH fat belly crank, i have two and both have a lovely action and work good as a wake bait if slowly reeled in.

Two biggest lure-caught pike - mag-grub
First lure-caught thirty - spinnerbait
Biggest pike on the troll - Ernie
Biggest pike on a jerkbait - Squirrley Burt
Most twenties - Slider
Most pike last season - Replicant

I don't have time for favourites Very Happy

I think you'll be disappointed. The new replicants are one size only (body of a 6 inch) with different tails so the "eight inch" is only eight inches by virtue of its long curly tail. I'm told they are of poor quality too.

Its not the long tailed one mate, they are doing 2 versions, this one is the same style as the old. I hope the quality hasnt gone down hill!

I wanted a smaller version as well, im fishing my local canal a fair bit and wanted something for that, im taking a lighter setup with me so 55grams suits quite well.

Ill let you know what the quality is like when they tip up pal.

It's a similar style to the old but they're not doing it in 8", only 6".
The 8" was a proven fish catcher but it doesn't fit in with Fox's marketing strategy, they're aiming for the European market now, they don't care about us.

Savage gear 4-play liplure minnow pattern, only started lure fishing this season and i love this one, I dont catch many pike on the water i fish dead baiting, but caught most times using this, even when just having a chuck about whilst deadbaiting, and most on first cast Very Happy
