Does anybody know if you can hire a boat on Loch Lomond for a days fishing?Tried looking it up but only seen 'pleasure' boats.

Not 100% sure what you are after but looks like this company do self drive hire boats for fishing.

sandys boat yard at balmaha, can hire boats and engines for the day there, they dont care what you do with them lol

Fishing Loch Awe this Sunday from a boat but will trying Lomond next time just wasn't sure of the boat hire situation.Think on any big water a boat has to out fish the bank?

Been here three times and personally for myself brought nothing but bad luck ,and blanks all day ,never tried a boat tho always from the bank ,Tight lines

my work mate fishes the place by boat and does very well looking at his photos 20lb plus fish think his biggest was 29lb a few years ago... mind Very Happy
