Ive been after some Digital scales for a while now, but they are so expensive.

Went into the local cheapy superstore which has a Lathams fishing tackle shop in side it. Talking to the assistant about scales, and he said have you tried Digital luggage scales ??

Well, i brought one to try. took the hook off my other scales and put on the new one. Fold down handle, Superb !!

£4.99 total. weighs in lb's, kg's and oz's. very accurate all for less than a fiver !!

Check them out, if they last a year, its no loss of money is it ?

Expensive, you said it doug.. At the moment I'm sticking with old faithful, reuben heaton.
I've had a look at the diital scales, bit over priced, plus they need batteries.

I'd stick with a good set of normal scales like rubens. Me and a couple of mates checked out the accuracy of some of ours. I had rubens, 1 mate had some fox digitals another some jrc digitals and another some nash dial scales. Using a couple of of chefs weights my rubens and my mates nash ones came out top and were bang on 1lb everytime. Both the digital scales were a couple of ounces out everytime...
