just been hearing of the sad news of the two anglers found dead on loch awe and two still missing, looks like they were pike anglers, hearing they might have been from glasgow, anyone heard anything

This is a terrible tragedy 2 experienced pike fisherman dead and 2 missing Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

It just shows how vulnerable you are on these vast Scottish locks Shocked

What beats me is why they had to wait on a boat from Renfrew (70 miles away) to mount a rescue. There are boats all over the loch. You'd imagine no-one would mind having their boat commandeered for a rescue.
