Had a couple of hours one day last week. Two fish this the best.

Last season got into this drop shot lark took over my winter fishing   will it happen again

Out yesterday just the one fish, but missed four takes .

It came to a end today Adie had my first blank of the season . It's good to get on the bank even if it is just a couple of hours .

I have had three blanks already this season. My son had four pike on the fly back in September only Jack's but good fun.

Your right psion even jacks can be fun on the fly, I still take a bait rod out two or three times but fly fishing saved my winter fishing .

Three outings last week, one blank, two small jacks and Friday nowhere fishable

Had A nice email of the Environment agency telling me how well there doing and wishing me a merry Christmas and by the way licence fees going up next year humbug

I was going to fish a small tarn today but when I got there there was a thin layer of ice on it so I can home. Not happy.

That was the same for me psion was my last chance till after Christmas to catch....
