my run of 5 blanks finally came to an end caught this on a lure exactly the same spot i caught a 9lb er a few weeks ago looks a different fish though

the place is surrounded by gorse bushes so should be ok lol
just hope the twitchers don't spot me through their binoculars....

I went out, got harassed by otter watchers (no joke) and blanked.
Defo going back though...there's no way there isn't some quality pike to be had from that place...

Well, 2 jacks, and 2 pick-up's. not a lot to show for my days fishing. but a fish is a fish i suppose.. but it was a bloody windy..
did'nt fish my usual place, had the young'un with me. still least he seen some fish . ideal fish to show him how to handle the pike, so it was a good day..
but he did'nt like the 2hr drive to get there . youngster's no patients..
