that sheep scared the bejesus out of me while i was fishing it was just behind me but did not move a muscle till i had a run and it bolted off nearly dove in the lake

my run of 5 blanks finally came to an end caught this on a lure exactly the same spot i caught a 9lb er a few weeks ago looks a different fish though

well done m8 big water to get them from but there are some big girls in there ?

i was at a place like that today lol,bird watchers/dog walkers everywhere!

went out today but came home after a hour dont feel to good at the moment think ive got man flu .....

I went out, got harassed by otter watchers (no joke) and blanked.

Defo going back though...there's no way there isn't some quality pike to be had from that place...

Well, 2 jacks, and 2 pick-up's. not a lot to show for my days fishing. but a fish is a fish i suppose.. but it was a bloody windy..
did'nt fish my usual place, had the young'un with me. still least he seen some fish . ideal fish to show him how to handle the pike, so it was a good day..
but he did'nt like the 2hr drive to get there . youngster's no patients..

Glad to hear you had a couple mate after making the effort.

New p.b today 23lb,caught on pollan,here ends the 20yr wait for a 20lb'er,would put up a picture but i dont know how to upload the photo.any advice would be gratefully accepted.regards dave
