Anybody Catching

well was out today for a session and blanked, not even a run.
only thing i got was a soaking

the snow seems to be melting and i rember a few years ago the fishing was crap after the melt think it effects the fishing in some way...

think the snow chills the water making it even harder to get a bite not much moving about they are very lethargic if i have spelt that proper ...... still minus here and more flood warning .......great stuff

the run off from the hills was immense. the water level raised about 3 foot during the day. On a 5.5 mile lake!!!!!

i knew conditions were gonna be tough but it was the only chance i had to get a line wet.

Day out with Kell today and we had a few i had 3 jacks and one at 12lb 8oz



Kell had one jack and one at 10lb 3oz


and one at 17lb 10z

Nice couple of fish there between you both, I am currently on a new water been three times and blanked on all occasions, going to finish the rest of the season out on there as I know there are some huge girls in there. Just bought a new bivvie the other day JRC STI so thinking about a possible night session down in Norfolk in the near future.

Had another 5 pike today not big ones but welcome anyway !! best was 10lb

Thats 2 places this week where the pike seem to be gathering together looks like its getting close to spawning time
