Re: Anybody Catching
Been out myself today,
Tried a different spot this morning, but had that uncomfy feeling all morning, and no bites. So at lunch time moved to one of my favourite spots, no exaggeration, cast out turned round pick my second rod up and the first rod was away, 11lb 12 oz only fish of the day, glad I made the decision to move.

Beautiful spot there Psion. Ive had 4 days out this week, Blank, and a few jacks for my efforts, plus a low double. But like you say when its time spent in surroundings like this, wheres the harm in blanking lol.
Re: Anybody Catching

Thanks Adie, i wish i was posting pictures of Pike though lol. If you look at the picture closely you can just see the small planer boards. There must be 60ft between them.

Re: Anybody Catching
I had 3 dropped runs and lost 1 so the blanking run continues lol. My cousin had 3 out and a couple of dropped runs so at least he got some valuable handling practice.

Re: Anybody Catching
The whole point of today was to let my cousin get a some more handling experience which he got so job done, was still a bit gutted that I lost 1 though. Might have to go out again tomorrow as the weathers too be a bit wild starting Tuesday.
